人工智能与区块链技术融合发展研究

摘要： 人工智能(AI)、区块链作为新一代信息技术发展的重要领域，已成为国家战略性前沿技术。随着人工智能和区块链技术的齐驱并进，在不断突破自身领域技术发展、推动产业转型升级的同时，也面临着数据孤岛、技术壁垒高、算力成本高等问题。结合人工智能和区块链技术特点，从数据共享、算法共享、算力供给等6大融合关键点进行剖析，并对两者融合发展能够解决的技术难题进行了初步探究，为助推新一代信息技术向多元化、智能化、安全化发展提供参考。

Abstract： As an important field of the development of new generation information technology, artificial intelligence and blockchain have been regarded as the national strategic frontier technology. With the development of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, while constantly breaking through the technical development in their own fields and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, they are also facing the problems of data island, high technical barriers and high computing cost. Combined with the characteristics of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, this paper analyzes the six key points of integration, such as data sharing, algorithm sharing and computing power supply, and preliminarily explores the technical problems that can be solved by the integration of the two, so as to provide reference for promoting the development of new generation information technology to diversification, intelligence and security.

0 引言
目前，以人工智能、區塊鏈、大數據、云計算等為代表的新一代信息技術正在成為推動中國數字經濟發展的新動能。人工智能作為新一輪產業革命的重要引擎，是推動實體經濟發展的重要驅動力，其開放創新已經上升到國家戰略。區塊鏈自2016年首次被列入《“十三五”國家信息化規劃》以來，其技術發展持續推動產業創新，并不斷提高區塊鏈新興領域產業優勢。可見，區塊鏈和人工智能是兩種技術趨勢，并具有各自的顯著特征及開拓性，且其發展側重點各有不同：區塊鏈的重心在于保持記錄、認證和執行的準確，而人工智能則助力于決策、評估和理解某些模式和數據集，最終產生自主交互[1]。一方面，兩者具有的主要共同特點和需求，將是其融合發展的關鍵；另一方面，兩者都有助于提高對方的能力，同時也提供了更好的監督和問責的機會，如果將兩種技術融合使用，可能是對整個技術（甚至人類）的重新定義。
