SMT行业云平台建设路径及服务模式研究

摘要： 数字经济时代，电子制造业更新换代提速，对SMT贴片加工质量、效率等提出更高要求，SMT行业竞争加剧，中小企业低成本数字化转型与资源导入需求强烈。结合行业现状与中小企业需求，介绍了SMT行业云平台的建设路径，分析了面向企业内部数字化提升服务、面向产业链的模式创新服务两类服务模式。“小快轻准”服务以低成本助力行业中小企业数字化转型；模式创新服务助力企业导入更多订单、金融等外部资源，助推企业综合竞争力提升，助力产业链供应链韧性提升。

Research on the construction path and service mode of SMT industry cloud platform

Abstract： In the era of the digital economy, the upgrading of the electronic manufacturing industry is accelerating, which has put forward higher requirements for SMT chip processing quality, efficiency, and the competition in the SMT industry has intensified. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have a strong demand for low-cost digital transformation and resource importation. This article combines the current situation of the industry and the needs of SMEs, introduces the construction path of the SMT industry cloud platform, and analyzes two types of service models: internal digital enhancement services for enterprises and mode innovation services for the industrial chain. "Small, fast, light, and accurate" services help SMEs in the industry to digitally transform at low cost; mode innovation services help enterprises to introduce more external resources such as orders and finance, promote the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and enhance the resilience of the industrial chain supply chain.

0 引言
表面組裝技術（Surface Mounted Technology，SMT）是電子制造的重要環(huán)節(jié)，在5G基站建設、手機SLP（Substrate-Like PCB類載板）滲透率提升、汽車電子化發(fā)展等多重因素驅(qū)動下，SMT貼片加工需求持續(xù)增長。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，目前我國SMT生產(chǎn)線約9萬條，貼片機總保有量超20萬臺，占全球40%。隨著電子制造技術的快速迭代和行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，SMT貼片加工競爭愈加激烈，量大面廣的SMT貼片加工行業(yè)中小企業(yè)面臨來自下游客戶提質(zhì)、增效、降本壓力劇增［1-2］。而近年來在新冠疫情沖擊、單邊主義明顯上升等多重因素影響下，我國中小企業(yè)面臨的困難加劇，據(jù)中國中小企業(yè)協(xié)會統(tǒng)計，近兩年中小企業(yè)發(fā)展指數(shù)（SMEDI）以及反映企業(yè)訂單和利潤的市場指數(shù)、效益指數(shù)等均處于不景氣區(qū)間［3］圖1我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)展指數(shù)（如圖1，圖2所示），SMT貼片加工行業(yè)中小企業(yè)同樣面臨訂單資源不足、利潤率低等問題，數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型投入有限，低成本轉(zhuǎn)型升級及資源導入需求迫切。
